Ucofit Return & Replacement Policy
At Ucofit, we prioritize customer satisfaction and ensure every product is delivered in excellent condition. However, if you encounter a damaged product, please follow our return and replacement guidelines below:
No Refund Policy
- Please note, we do not offer refunds for any purchases.
- Returns and replacements are available only for products that are either defective or incorrectly delivered.
Eligibility for Replacement
- Defective Products: If the product delivered is damaged or faulty.
- Wrong Product Delivered: If the product you received is different from what you ordered.
- Mandatory Video Proof:
- A clear unboxing video is required as proof to process any replacement request.
- The video must show the package being opened, the product inside, and the defect or mismatch clearly visible.
- Report Timeline:
- The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with the unboxing video attached.
How to Request a Replacement

- Provide:
- Your order number.
- The unboxing video showing the defect or wrong product.
- A brief description of the issue.
- Wait for our team to review your request and provide further instructions.
Replacement Process
- Upon approval of your request, the product will need to be returned to us in its original packaging with all tags and accessories.
- After verifying the returned product, a replacement will be shipped within 5-7 working days.
Important Notes
- Replacements are not provided for reasons such as size, color preferences, or change of mind.
- Ensure the product is unused and in its original condition when returning it.
- Requests without the unboxing video will not be processed.
